Christophe Clessienne, chef of the Moulin des Saveurs
The new chef, Christophe Clessienne, has directed prestigious restaurants in France and abroad. He worked with the chef Guy Martin in the Grand Vefour, a Parisian gourmet restaurant, and helped the restaurant to obtain its 3rd Michelin star. He studied in Ferrandi Paris, an internationally-recognized school of culinary arts. Then, he worked in the restaurant L’Orée des Pins, based in the Sables d’Olonne, before becoming the chef of the Moulin des Saveurs.
